URBAN YOGA

picture provided by yogajournal.com
I do believe I just had THE BEST TOWN LAKE SELF_INSTRUCTED YOGA SESSION EVER. I spent about an hour and a half converting my downward facing dog into a wheel and back again. a few camels. music in the headphones incited dancing as a transition technique between poses. Maybe I should create a book of URBAN YOGA. my sister has been thinking about "Christian Yoga" lately and the possibility of that being marketable. I think the problem in yoga always shows its head when marketability becomes a discussion. but, people need good information, right? why not make them all PAY!! ha.

Testing out my new DASHBOARD WIDGETS on the Mac Book Pro.   Straight from the Desktop I can type to Google BLOGGER.  Now, to perfect the art of HTML, practice, practice, practice, I suppose.

leaving Austin...

I've had mixed emotions lately about leaving Austin. I LOVE AUSTIN. It's just time for me to go somewhere else and seek out the world. An ex-boyfriend of mine thinks I'm just insane and need professional mental help. I think he's wishing he had the balls to do what I'm doing.

furniture lust

I am getting rid of everything I have and all the while finding things I'd love to acquire. This bed from RoomandBoard.com is one of them.

A dreamer's TO-DO list

I love 43things.com
As a dreamer trying to be a doer, this is a great place to put down a list of things you want to do, and lets you find people that have done it as well as others that want to do it. Check it out!

Apart from just listing what you want to do, the site will (if you want it to) remind you of your goals and plans in a certain amount of time. There are also related articles to the goals you list.
